The phone is answered around the clock
The phone is covered 24/7, including weekends and holidays, because that is when most of these calls actually come in.
The connection costs you nothing
Using this service costs you nothing. No charge to call, none to be connected, and none for whatever quotes you collect. Only the work you hire is paid for, and you pay the contractor directly.
Insured, credentialled and nearby
Every contractor on the other end of this line is independent, holds what Alabama requires for this work — which in some trades is a licence and in others a registration — and serves Birmingham and the towns around it. Ask to see it, and the insurance certificate with it.
One call fixes a bad match
A contractor who misses the appointment or rubs you the wrong way is a reason to call back, not to give up. Ask for a different one; it costs nothing and nobody will argue.
What is not being guaranteed here
None of the above is a warranty on anyone’s workmanship. The contractors are independent businesses, not employees of this site, and the work you agree with one of them is a contract between you and that contractor — its quality, its price, its schedule and its guarantee are theirs to give and yours to hold them to.
